      I have encountered this very weird z-fighting issue in Minecraft 1.21.4.

      Steps to reproduce the issue:

      Upgrade a superflat redstone preset world with blue concrete layer set instead of stone layer from 1.21.2 to 1.21.4 and fly 10 or more meters high.
