Steps to Reproduce the Bug
Place a sticky piston as shown in the video.
Power the piston with redstone (using an infinite loop setup) so it continuously extends and retracts.
While the piston is moving, try the following:
Interact with a chest that should be blocked by the piston.
Attempt to place a block through the moving piston.
