Steps to reproduce

1. Create a superflat world with present "Snowy Kingdom"
2. /locate structure minecraft:village_snowy and teleport.
3. The villages' houses and nearby snow will floating in the air. When the game tick steps, the snow on the dirt path will break and make a very loud noise.
