      The Bug

TNT slides down honey blocks faster than in 1.21.1 and before. This can cause issues in certain designs that utilized the timings of TNT falling down honey blocks in previous versions.

This affects all non-living entities as well.

      Steps to Reproduce

See the attached image for the setup.

      1. Run the command:
        /fill ~ ~ ~ ~ ~13 ~ minecraft:honey_block
      2. Add a block on the top and another block with two blocks of horizontal space from it.
      3. Place water against the block further from the honey tower so it flows next to it.
      4. Place TNT against the block atop the honey tower and light it with flint and steel. Note where the TNT explodes.
      5. Repeat these steps in 1.21.1. Note where the TNT explodes.

      Observed Results

The TNT falls down honey blocks faster than in previous versions.

      Expected Results

TNT would fall down honey blocks at the same speed as in previous versions.
