      Since the 24w39a update, which includes the change "Updated slot highlight in the UI so Item texture has better visibility," the background color of slots when highlighted by mouse hover has changed to #c0c0c0, whereas it was #c5c5c5 before 24w39a. This change may not itself be an issue, but there is still a different highlighting effect during item-dragging in the inventory, which makes the slot background appear as #c5c5c5. This is likely because these two effects were previously designed to have the same background color. Additionally, this dragging highlight effect does not appear to have a separate sprite.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Hover over any slot in the inventory to highlight it. The slot background color should become #c0c0c0 (before 24w39a, it was #c5c5c5).
      2. Click and drag a stack of items in the inventory with either left or right mouse button.
      3. Drag the items across other slots; observe that slots which receive items are highlighted with a #c5c5c5 background color. (Note that slots under the mouse cursor will still be highlighted due to mouse-hovering, so please ignore any slots that receive items and are under the cursor, as they have a double highlight effect on their background.)

      The attached image shows the effect when dragging five oak buttons from the first slot to the sixth slot in two versions: 1.21.3 (top row) and 1.21.1 (bottom row). The first five slots are highlighted solely due to item distribution, while the sixth slot is highlighted only because it is hovered over.
