Wearing a chestplate with 100 armor will increase the players armor by 100
this will affect how much armor points are displayed
but when trying to ```/attribute @s armor get``` it will always cap at 30.0 armor points instead of getting the proper 1000 armor points.
This issue is also noticeable with armor_toughness ->
setting an attribute modifier over 20 will also only return a value capped at 20.0 armor_toughness points.
