The attack speed of the Creaking is different in the two versions, with Java's Creaking having an extremely slow attack speed compared to the Creaking in Bedrock.

For videos showcasing it, MCPE-187288 has some videos attached that demonstrate the Creaking attacking on both versions. MCPE-187288 is otherwise not related to this issue.
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Find or spawn a Creaking
2. Let the Creaking attack you
3. Observe the Creaking's behavior

Expected Results: The Creaking chains it's attacks rather quickly both like most other hostile mobs and like how it does in Bedrock.

Observed Results: The Creaking takes multiple seconds before attacking again, waiting in place for the cooldown to run out.
