It happened around three times already. Random barrels lose all their content after I enter the Nether and exit it. The latest occurence, I had a barrel full of potion components and is now empty after spending some time in the Nether (didn't die or anything strange happened there) 

It seems to be happening only to barrels, chest are unaffected so far.
