How to reproduce:

1. Give yourself a bow and arrows.
2. Shoot repeatedly at a block.
3. Observe the arrows' landing points.

Expected result:

The arrows would land in roughly the same spots as when reproduced in 1.21.1.

Observed result:

The arrows land lower than they would do in 1.21.1, and their landing points also seem to follow a different pattern than previously.
