2. Notice it lights up, and at night spawns a creaking
3. Place a creaking heart in the nether or end
4. Notice it still lights up, despite being incapable of spawning a creaking

Observed Results:
Creaking hearts light up in dimensions they do not function in.

Expected Results:
They would only light up if they are in a valid dimension for spawning a creaking.
