      Discovered while testing MC-276599.

      The bug

      With the Programmer Art resource pack active, the tooltip used when mousing over things does not look the way it previously did. Pay close attention to the corners.

      How to fix

      Introduce textures for Programmer Art that revert the tooltip to its pre-24w36a appearence.
