The Bug:

Bubble particles produced from splashing in water move in the direction players were previously traveling in for other players after being boosted by tridents enchanted with riptide.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get two players and label them "Player A" and "Player B".
2. Get "Player A" to obtain a trident enchanted with riptide and enter water.
3. Get "Player A" to launch themselves with the trident enchanted with riptide and have "Player B" watch them.
4. Get "Player A" to bob up and down in the water so that bubble particles are produced.
5. Get "Player B" to watch the bubble particles.

Observed Behavior:

Bubble particles move in the direction players were previously traveling in.

Expected Behavior:

Bubble particles would not move in the direction players were previously traveling in.
