Pale Oak Leaves are missing the chance to drop apples despite being an oak variant, and oaks are established to drop apples in minecraft (both oaks and dark oaks drop apples)

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a superflat world with this preset minecraft:bedrock,2*minecraft:pale_oak_leaves;minecraft:plains
• Set randomTickSpeed to 0 to prevent lag
• Give yourself a fortune 3 hoe
• Break the leaves

Observed Results:

• No apples drop

Expected Results

• Apples would drop like they do from oaks and dark oaks
