What I expected to happen was...:
when destroy the log under creaking heart and the heart should turned into enabled

What actually happened was...:
use sticky piston or piston move the log will make the creaking heart still active, however wait to the morning and the heart will back to enabled state

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a creaking_heart on and 2 long on 2side
2. use piston to move the log
3. breaked the log and piston

4. creaking heart cannot back to enbaled state
