      The Bug

When arrows land in water, they constantly produce bubble particles when landing on a block, and keep producing those particles even when they are no longer in water. The bubble particles that show out of the water are removed when rejoining the world, unloading and reloading the chunk where the arrow is, or making the arrow move by breaking the block underneath it (as an example).

This did not occur in 1.21.1, or snapshots before 24w39a.

      Steps to Reproduce

It is recommended to useĀ Fabulous! graphics while testing this to see the bubble particles out of the water.

      1. Place down a water bucket and shoot an arrow into the water.
      2. Note how bubble particles are produced by the arrow, even when on the ground.
      3. Remove the water, so that the arrow is on land (do not pick up the arrow).
      4. Note how the arrow still produces bubble particles.

      Observed Results

Bubble particles are produced by arrows even when on the ground and out of water.

      Expected Results

Arrows would not produce bubble particles when on the ground and out of the water, retaining to 1.21.1 behavior.
