The name in chest boat inventories capitalizes the W in With, whereas in previous versions and the chest boat item names do not capitalize the w.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain a boat or raft with chest
2. Place the boat or raft
3. Either shift-right click or sit in the boat and open it's inventory
4. Notice the error in capitalization

Expected Result:

The W in with should not be capitalized, resulting in Oak Boat with Chest, Birch Boat with Chest, etc.
