The changelog mentions how the old highlights were kept for the programmer art resourcepack, but thats only true for the inventory highlight, the bundle highlights use the new reduced highlight

you can see this by either scrolling in the bundle with the Programmer art pack equipped, or by extracting the the programmer art pack and seeing that the folder \gui\sprites\container\bundle is missing
