Fast switching the Mace can deal more damage than expected

      This bug happens when player switch another item to a mace and then attack the victim very soon. I think this bug may be related to another old bug.(This old one i will talk about it in the following texts)

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Gain a mace enchanted with Breach IV, Wind Burst III (I m not sure which enchantment actually lead to this bug, maybe both of them do)
      2. (Optinal, if you can do the following steps successfully, you can reproduce this bug more easily. But players can still reproduce this bug without this step) Execute the command "/tick rate 1" to slowen the game.
      3. Be sure a mace and a random sword are in your hotbars. Then hold the sword.
      4. Fall from a high place and wait to attack the victim.
      5. Don't attack the victim with the sword, but switch to the mace and attack with the mace as soon as possible.

      After these steps, you may trigger the smash attack. Obviously, you should have dealt very low damage because your mace is not 100% charged. But the damage is higher than both the sword damage and the mace damage.

      I think this bug is caused by a wrong judgment of melee damage calculation. The damage is calculated with the previous weapon's cooldown and basic damage, and the next weapon's enchantments.

      If this bug relates to a ticket tagged with "Wont fix", please dont close this one, because this bug is breaking the balance.
