Dyes are not in the "Colored Blocks" tab

      Relates to MC-276804.

      The bug

      Dye items are not in the "Colored Blocks" creative tab despite being colored. They may not be blocks, however I'm reporting this anyway since Mojang have triaged MC-276804.

      How to fix

      Add dyes to this tab.
