Ender pearls do not work under /tick freeze

      The bug

      As of 24w37a, thrown ender pearls now "belong" to their thrower in the same way that vehicles do. However, if the game is frozen via /tick freeze, ender pearls still do not work. This is unexpectedly different from how mounted mobs do, as they are not subject to /tick freeze.
