Arrow, Spectral Arrow, and Potion entities eventually come to a halt while inside upwards flowing bubble collumn blocks instead of rising to the top.

Recreation:
1. Build setup like image attached, making sure all the water is source blocks.
2. Stand on in the bubble collumn and notice you bounce on the top.
3. Throw Potion and shoot Arrow inside bubble collumn.
4. Notice that instead of returning to the top, they become stationary when they lose their downwards momentum.
