Upon dismounting a minecart travelling reasonably fast on a rail during /tick freeze, the player is dismounted farther along the path of the minecart's travel that the minecart and its hitbox can be seen visually. The minecart cannot then be interacted with as noted in MC-275564 however minecarts stop near the place the player dismounted as if there was a minecart on the rails there.

What I expected to happen was...:
Player dismounts next to the minecart displayed on the screen, and all subsequent minecarts stop there.

      What actually happened was...:
Player dismounts further along the rail than the minecart can be seen, and any following minecarts stop there.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Build a long straight powered rail with a bend in it.
      2. Ensure the maxMinecartSpeed gamerule is set high and the rail is sufficiently long to accelerate, as the faster You are going, the greater the effect.
      3. Run /tick freeze.
      4. Enter a minecart at one end of the rail and accelerate towards the bend.
      5. Dismount the minecart just as You approach the bend.
      6. You will find yourself on the rail past the bend, while the minecart remains behind it.
      7. Mark the spot beside where You dismounted with a block, without unfreezing the game.
      8. Return to the start of the rail, and place another minecart.
      9. Do not dismount the minecart this time.
      10. You will find that the minecart stops on the rail around the point where you dismounted, as if there was a minecart there, however you pass straight through the visual minecart and its hitbox.
