      Armor sleeves do not follow arms when switching to and from items and on item use animations. They do follow walking and arm swing animations such as punching and opening a fence gate.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Equip armor (at least the chestplate)
      2. Grab an item with a use animation such as a trident, bow, or shield.
      3. Use the item
        • Observed: sleeves do not follow arms
        • Expected: sleeves follow arms
