Whenever you place a block, your hand moves to place the block. This animation is delayed after placing the block in the latest snapshots when compared with the 1.21.1 version.

I have attached a video that goes frame-by-frame showing the difference in animation between the versions.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter a world
2. Place a block
3. Observe the difference in the animation between 24w36a and 1.21.1

Expected Result:

The animation appears as normal with no delay

Observed Result:

The animation is delayed a couple of milliseconds
