Running commands such as "execute as @e[tag=customTag] at @s facing entity @p feet run tp ~ ~ ~" only effects the entity's y rotation, not the x rotation, so they only look up or down, not side to side. This works in 1.21 and lower, but not in the most recent snapshot.
