Minecarts twitch when traveling around curved rails with blocks next to them

      When minecarts are going through a diagonal track that has blocks on both sides it will briefly have a spasm when going through it.

      Reproduction Steps

      • Set minecartMaxSpeed to 1 (easier to see)
      • Use a furnace minecart (can propel itself)
      • Build the setup from this video: diagonal twitch.mp4

      Observed Results

      • The minecart twitches several times.

      Expected Results

      • This wouldn't happen.
