Glowing effect outline transparency seems to be interpolating incorrectly

      The glowing effect outline rendered on entities doesn't seem to interpolate correctly. If you look closely to any entity with the glowing effect you'll notice how the outline has black pixels even if the outline color isn't black or white. This is probably a long standing issue since its introduction.

      In the screenshots, you can see how the light purple and red glowing outlines have black pixels mixed in, when they should be transparent red. The black glowing outline seems to have a "thick" effect because of this. The white outline also has these black pixels, but this one might be intended or else the outline would hardly be visible in certain scenarios.

      How to reproduce

      1. Create a team with /team add test
      2. /team modify test color red
      3. Summon a husk and apply glowing to it with /effect @n[type=minecraft:husk] glowing infinite 0 true
      4. Execute /team join test @n[type=minecraft:husk]
      5. Notice the dark pixels in the outline.
