Despite the fix to MC-275467 minecart momentum still increases rapidly inside cobwebs. It's just directed straight down instead of up so it doesn't launch you anywhere unless you use a slime block to redirect the momentum.

Reproduction Steps

• Build a track like this
  
• Send a minecart downwards
• Spam the /data get entity command to see it's motion values

Observed results

• The minecarts momentum is momentarily in tens of thousands of blocks per second
