The rotation of minecarts will briefly stutter when landing on diagonal rails, as is shown with the contraption in the video. This only occurs with the "Minecart Improvements" experiment enabled and is more noticeable when slowing the footage down.

Steps to reproduce:

2. Set minecartMaxSpeed to 8
   → The minecart visually stutters when it lands on the other side
