The Bug:

Hotkeys cannot be used to select the last two/three items within bundle tooltips.

24w34a introduced a change where the bundle tooltip now has 3 rows, but because of this, hotkeys cannot be used to select the last two/three items (depending on the amount of items in the bundle).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Fill a bundle with 12 different items.
2. Attempt to select one of the last three items by using hotkeys.
3. Fill the bundle with more items.
4. Attempt to select one of the last two items by using hotkeys.

Observed Behavior:

Hotkeys cannot be used to select the last two/three items within bundle tooltips.

Expected Behavior:

Hotkeys would be able to be used to select the last two/three items within bundle tooltips.
