When you have two portal blocks next to one another, a minecart will sometimes ignore the first portal in their way and instead go through the one behind it.

• Build this setup
  
• Set {{minecartMaxSpeed} to 32 or higher
• Ride towards the portals

Observed result

• You go through the nether portal

• You'd go through the end portal since it was the first one the minecart touched.
