There's no way to disable the special shader effects from some certain mobs when spectating them. Sometimes these visual effects do nothing more than obstruct the vision for the player and others can even decrease the frame rate unnecessarily (such as the spider vision).

It'd be expected to have an option to disable such effects in accessibility settings, and considering there's other accesibility options to disable similar things (and even open bug reports of accessibility-related stuff), I believe this could be a valid issue as well.

      How to reproduce

      1. Enter any world.
      2. Switch to spectator.
      3. Summon or find any creeper, enderman or spider.
      4. Spectate the mob.
      5. Notice how the mob's special vision is applied.
      6. Go to accesibility settings and notice how there's no option to disable the effect.
