Trying to get drowneds or husk to make reinforcements fails in new snapshot.
/summon minecraft:drowned ~ ~ ~ {attributes:[{id:"minecraft:spawn_reinforcements",base:1.0}]}
Summon them with spawn eggs show that none have the new reinforcement nbt.
