Whenever you place a block, the viewmodel animation only plays after a short delay.

How to reproduce

Place any block down while playing on the new snapshot (24w33a) 

Expected result

The block placing animation plays instantly, on the frame the block appears in the world.

Observed result

The block placing animation only plays after a short delay, making placing blocks feel sluggish.
