When applying a banner pattern to a banner in a loom, the banner won't inherit the rarity of the banner pattern used to craft the new banner.

      According to the changelog:

Any item or block which can be crafted must inherit the highest rarity of its crafting ingredients.

While this is not "crafting" per se (as in, not in the crafting the table), it could be still considered as an item "crafted" in the loom using 3 items as ingredients, however the banner pattern is not consumed but still used.

      How to reproduce

      1. Get any colored banner, a dye and a snout banner pattern.
      2. Notice how the banner pattern has uncommon rarity.
      3. Craft the new banner design in a loom using these three items.
      4. Notice how the crafted new banner doesn't inherit the pattern uncommon rarity.

      Expected result
The resulting crafted banner would inherit the banner pattern rarity, in this case uncommon.

      Observed result
The resulting crafted banner has common rarity.
