Minecart rail-grinding noise does not continue playing.

What I expected to happen was...:
After in-air time, the minecart reconnects with rails and the rail-grinding sound starts playing again.

What actually happened was...:
After in-air time, the minecart reconnected with rails and continued to be silent. No sound could be heard.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a ramp with rails.
2. Create a landing space with rails and continue the track
3. Run the minecart on the ramp, in the air, and to the landing track. (No sound should be heard after landing.)
