Minecarts continue to produce sound for a short while after being stopped

      Description:
      When minecarts traveling on a rail stop, they continue to play the minecart rolling sound for some time.

      Conditions:

      • This appears to only affect worlds with the "minecart_improvements" experiment.
      • The issue appears to occur regardless of the "minecartMaxSpeed" gamerule value.
