Minecarts behave strangely on bubble columns

      When over bubble columns, minecarts will shake back and fourth trying to show their new falling animation, but will do so very erratically.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a bubble column
      2. Build rails above, but next to the water
      3. Place a minecart on the rail
      4. Push it into the bubble column

      Expected Result:

      The minecart would not appear to bob erratically, but would instead bob up and down.

      Observed Behavior:

      The minecart appears to shake violently back and fourth.
