Desert temples can spawn over lava pools in caves. This is very rare. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a normal world with this seed: 2482490754905255652
2. To help you see the bug, run this command: /effect give @p night_vision infinite
3. Go to the following position: 23 -54 -6.
4. You will find a desert temple has spawned on lava:
   

Observed Results:
A desert temple was spawned on lava, with the foundations extending below lava.

Expected Results:
Just like how desert temples are not supposed to spawn on water since version 1.18, desert temples should not be allowed to generate on lava also.

Notes:
Pyramids generating inside of caves/underground is Working as Intended per MC-238647, this issue specifically relates to the temple generating over lava.
