      The Bug:

Desert Pyramids generated naturally can rarely have a random vertical offset on certain chunks in normal worlds.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a normal world with this seed: 2482490754905255652
      2. To help you see the bug, run this command: /effect give @p night_vision infinite
      3. Go to the following position: 13 -40 17
      4. You will find a broken desert temple with a vertical offset. This is from inside the temple:

      Expected Result:

Desert Pyramids generated naturally will never have a random vertical offset on certain chunks in normal worlds.

      Observed Result:

Desert Pyramids generated naturally may have a random vertical offset on certain chunks in normal worlds. This happened because the desert temple was naturally generated on a chunk border:

      Notes:

This is not a duplicate of MC-252438, because that involved natural world generation in normal worlds, and not the /place command.

While I was testing this bug, MC-275031 was discovered.
