TNT Minecart explodes and drops additional TNT

      If a TNT Minecart travels over a fire (such as one caused by flint and steel) after coming off a Minecart track, the explosion leaves behind a TNT entity which can be picked up, thus duplicating the TNT.

      I did not pick a Game Mode as it occurs in both game mode.
