The 'minecraft:placed_block' advancement trigger detects when a player head is placed on the top of a block but does not trigger when it is placed on the side.

What I expected to happen was...:
With an advancement to detect the placing of a player head, I expected it to trigger whenever I placed it.

      What actually happened was...:
However it only triggers when placed on the top of the block and not the side.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a test datapack with test namespace.
      2. Add an advancement to detect the placing of player heads.
      3. Make advancement trigger a function to revoke said advancement and run the 'say' command.

Attached is a video of the problem, the entire test datapack, and the singular advancement file.
