What I expected to happen was...:
Sharpness 1 Diamond Sword should say 8 attack damage

What actually happened was...:
Sharpness 1 Diamond Sword says 7 attack damage instead of 8

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Obtain a weapon enchantable with sharpness
2. Enchant with any method (enchanting table, books, /enchant, etc.)
3. Check item's description
