One of the structures in the plains village uses slabs in place of a full block, for seemingly no reason. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run the following command:

/place template minecraft:village/plains/houses/plains_small_house_8 

1. Mine the furthest block on the front side of the roof

Observed Results:

Two oak slabs are dropped

Expected Results:

An oak planks block should drop
