Hello. Recently, I've been buying a bit too many trial maps from cartographers, and noticed this bug. Every time a cartographer levels up to appretice or journeyman, the game freezes for a few seconds

Steps for reproduction:

1. Summon a villager and place a cartography table (preferrably on a normal world and not superflat so the ocean map can be offered)
2. Trade with it until it levels up

All entities but the player freeze, similar to the effects of /tick freeze for a bit (may not be as noticable on higher-end PCs)
