BUG ON VANAILA SERVER (AND NOT ONLY)!!!

What I expected to happen was...:

If you have placed an ender pearl in the teleporter, it should not matter which dimension you are in, whether the player character has died or not (even if the chunks were loaded at the teleporter (where the ender pearl is at that moment) and the player has died) or if you leave the server and then rejoin. Once you have placed the end pearl and it still exists, you should activate the teleporter and the player will be teleported back!!!

Steps to Reproduce & What actually happened :

1. If you build a standart teleporter, mine 11 blocks down place soul sand and fill the tunnel from the remaining 10 blocks with water, and over the water a trapdoor you get a standart teleporter. If you place a enderpearl in water you activate it and if someone close the open trapdoor your are get teleported. You make the teleporter active((place ender pearl)teleporter are in overworld) at this moment it´s dont matter is the player in the overwold nether or end if the trapdoor was closed the player get teleproted to the teleporter it´s normel.

   But the bug is then you activate the teleporter with the ender pearl(in overwold) go to nether or end after leave and rejoin the server the teleporter are brocken the ender pearl dont tp back.

   Also if you place the ender pearl in teleporter and you game character was Killed the ender pearl is also automatically killed if the chuncks are loaded where the teleporter was (I can't say anything about unloaded chunks because I haven't tried this scenario)

1. But if you make the teleporter in the overworld leave and rejoin and you as the player are in the same dimension, as the teleporter, all works well without bugs.

Version 1.21 1.20 - 1.20.6 1.19 - 1.19.4 and probably the versions below are also affected(Vanila core), also are server cores like fabric and forge!!!
