chiselled bookshelves are immovable via sticky pistons and prevent extension of the piston

What I expected to happen was...:
the block to be moved by the sticky piston

What actually happened was...:
the block prevents the piston from extending like obsidian does

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place piston and block together
2. activate piston
