      i am running my own server with spawnmonsters false

      What I expected to happen was...:
      no mosters spawning in trial chambers

      What actually happened was...:
      monsters spawned

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. set server with spawn monsters false in properties file
      2. ... run server
      3. ... find trial chambers in easy difficulty
