The Bug:

Untamed horses cannot be fed hay bales, unlike tamed horses.

When a horse is tamed, it can be fed hay bales, however, when a horse is untamed, it cannot be fed hay bales therefore introducing an inconsistency

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a horse and attempt to fed it a hay bale.

Observed Behavior:

Untamed horses cannot be fed hay bales.

Expected Behavior:

Untamed horses would be able to be fed hay bales.
