I created a resource pack which replaced some of the music discs and because of that, it also changes the description of them (by editing language files) but now in 1.21 it doesn't work tho in 1.19.4 it worked.

Expected behavior:
The music disc description is what is in the language has

What actually happened:
The music disc description wasn't changed tho everything else (even the item name) was changed

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make a resource pack with a language file with changes which change descriptions of music discs different
2. Apply it
3. Open any world and look at the description of the music discs (or play it and then it says Now playing: (the unchanged description)
